Residential Life

There are two different types of student housing: university dorms and third-party campus communities through American Campus Communities located on or near campus. These properties are known as Casas Del Rio and Lobo Village and satisfy the freshman residency requirement.

Parking & Transportation

UNM's Parking & Transportation Department, knowns as PATS, manages everything pertaining to parking on campus, from parking permits and maps to the UNM shuttle system. Visit their website here for more information.

Recreational Services

Recreational Services include the Lobo Bike Shop, Getaway Adventures and Johnson Center (gym, weight/cardio rooms, and Olympic pool). Students can utilize these services with the UNM Lobo ID. For more information on hours and activities, visit their website here.

Join the PARENT-L Listserv
